Wan Hung was founded in 2014 following designer Wan Hung Cheung’s graduation from Central St Martins and experience working with brands including Tom Ford, John Rocha and Bernhard Willhelm. Clean-cut tailoring and classic silhouettes, reinvented through textile and print innovation and contemporary flourishes and detailing are at the heart of the Wan Hung brand, speaking to a sophisticated modern urban consumer. Wan Hung Cheung was born and grew up in Hainan – often described as the Hawaii of China it is it's largest tropical island boasting year-round holiday weather, coconut palms, gold-sand beaches and inland rainforests. The juxtaposition of Hainan’s natural beauty with the present day urban experience underlies the Wan Hung brand, bringing a piece of paradise into the luxury menswear wardrobe of today.

Wan Hung has showcased collections at London Collections: Men since 2015 and was selected as a part of the Lane Crawford x Swarovski “Vision from a New Generation” exhibition in October 2015. With a growing list of retailers internationally as well as within China for the Spring/Summer 2017 season the brand held it’s first digital presentation with the British Fashion Council in London, as well as scouted by Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana and Sara Maino from Vogue Talents to show in Milan and Paris.
